The right to confirm whether we process personal information about you and to obtain access to such information.

(3) Deletion
The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
(4) Data Portability

Where applicable under law, the right to opt out of:
- the sale of personal information
- targeted advertising
- profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects
However, the CLAIR New York Office:
- does not sell personal information
- does not engage in targeted advertising
- does not use personal information for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects
Accordingly, these opt-out rights are generally not applicable to our processing activities.
(6) Right to Appeal
If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision, where required by applicable law. Instructions for submitting an appeal will be provided in our response.
(7) Additional Disclosure Rights (e.g., Oregon)
Residents of certain states may have the right to request additional information regarding specific third parties to whom personal information has been disclosed.
