JLGC publishes the Newsletter which introduces Japanese local governments and administration systems of Japan.
Japan Local Government Center (JLGC), New York, opened in 1989 as Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR)´s first overseas office. CLAIR was established in July of 1988 to help promote and support local level internationalization in Japan.
